| The Immigration and Nationality Act offers a yearly at the very least of 140,000 employment-based immigrant visas which are divided into five preference categories. Local currency equivalents are acceptable. Fees should not be sent to the consular office unless requested specifically. USCIS charges additional fees for filing petitions.
